We would like to inform our customers about an incident that is currently affecting our North Sydney data centre as a result of recent rain and storm activity. Our North Sydney data centre suspects an AC mains supply outage, and customers who are affected may encounter a hazard while the data centre is powered by a generator. Our engineers are conducting an urgent investigation into the incident. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will continue to provide progress updates.
