Change Description: 5GN planned maintenance work (UPS A) Change Ticket Number: CHN-4839 Change Start Time: 20/05/2023 08:00 AM AEST. Change End Time: 20/05/2023 08:00 PM AEST. Expected Impact: No impact – Hazard condition due to loss of UPS redundancy. Services Affected: No Impact - Hazard condition for Sydney Data Centre (SDC) based services. 5GN team has scheduled a planned maintenance windows for UPS upgrade works. During these maintenance windows, UPS vendors will carry out preventive maintenance on UPS system at 5GN Sydney Data Centre. 5GN team will work with contractors during the planned works in a staged manner, mitigating risk to ensure 100% uptime to your rack, and ensure the work is completed as quickly as possible. During the maintenance windows, UPS A will be switched into external bypass meaning the A feed of the rack will be supplied by main power and the B feed will be supplied through UPS B.
